However if for some reason, your product is received faulty or damaged, we understand that you might like to request a refund. If that is the case, please contact us through our website with full information including order details and reason for refund.
Our standard terms and conditions are:
- Please choose your products carefully and be aware of the ingredients and allergy statements on all products. Refunds are not offered based on a purchasing "change of mind" or if you simply don't like the product you ordered.
- If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we will happily exchange this for you if you return the incorrect item in original good condition. Return postage and insurance charges are at your own cost.
- Refunds are not applicable to goods which have been used, damaged or stored incorrectly after delivery.
- If your product is purchased through a stockist, please refer any product issues back to the store of purchase.
- Please check all order details and address details carefully as we cannot offer a refund if delivery is made to an incorrect address which was entered upon ordering.
