* Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of order placement.
* Shipping is available Australia wide at a flat rate of $10 with FREE SHIPPING available for Australian orders over $100 (we also offer international shipping, see details below)
* We use a combination of courier services through Sendle and Australia Post for deliveries (dependant on order size and destination) and will provide tracking details via email for your convenience.
* Please ensure all address details are entered correctly to ensure goods arrive as quickly as possible.
* If orders are delayed, please ensure you follow up with Australia Post or courier services using your tracking details prior to making contact with us.
International shipping - we now ship to the US, UK, NZ and Japan!!
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note that when placing an order with us from outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These additional charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees displayed on our website. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office or authorities for information on these charges before placing an order. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they vary from country to country. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address given or any parcels held up in customs.
