Best. Porridge. Ever!

I love eating porridge, but I’ve been told that it’s not the best thing for me and my diabetes.
Boo hoo.
Then someone pointed me to Simply Swap Foods.
They have two varieties of porridge! I can’t say that I’ve tried them both because I’m stuck on the Vanilla and Cacao flavoured one. (Truth be told, I can’t even remember what the other one is.)
This is easy to make and it’s definitely easy to eat.

This porridge mix is easy to prepare and tasty. I add almond milk and once cooked a spoon of double cream. A quick easy breakfast.

The low carb pancakes and porridge are both amazing products.
I have been having a shake for breakfast and it has been wonderful to have porridge, it is so simple to make. The pancakes are delicious with berries and low fat Greek yougurt
and would be fabulous served as a dessert, not just for breakfast.
