Description

Low carb keto chocolate cakes made with pure raw organic cacao suitable for a low carb real food eating style.

Makes 12 cupcake/muffin size OR 40 mini muffin size OR 1 large 18cm round celebration cake. They freeze beautifully too!

Super easy to make - just add melted butter (or coconut oil), eggs (or egg replacer) and milk of choice.

Ingredients:
Australian Blanched Almond Meal, Organic Raw Cacao Powder, Organic Coconut Flour (sulphite free), Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, Ground Pure Vanilla Beans, Bicarb Soda

These keto cakes are decadent on their own plus you can:
* Spread a little melted dark chocolate on top for extra indulgence
* Cut in half and serve with whipped cream and berries
* Ice with chocolate cream cheese icing (full recipe here)

We proudly use LAKANTO® sweetener in our cakes (a combination of Monkfruit extract and non-GMO erythritol) as this is the sweetener recommended by Low Carb Health Professionals. Monkfruit was used for centuries in eastern traditional herbalism to increase chi and well-being, earning it the nickname “The Immortals’ Fruit”. Great cupcakes

You just cannot go past these cupcakes which are great for those of us on restricted and low carb diets. Would thoroughly recommend both flavours although I must admit I enjoy the Vanilla mix the best. Even if you are not interested in low carb products give them a go as you will be pleasantly surprised.

OMG can these cakes really be legal?

Looks like a bought one!

I really love these cake mixes, they work every time and the cake has a really good sponge consistency. I use the vanilla one to make a plain sponge cake for a low carb trifle - my son's favourite dessert! My mother has dementia so I keep her on a low carb diet and she like a cupcake with her coffee. Much better than a bought one!!
