Ingredients:
Blanched Australian Almond Meal, Organic Coconut Flour (sulphite free), Organic Raw Cacao Powder, Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener, Pure Ground Vanilla Beans, Bicarb Soda.

OMG can these cakes really be legal?

Looks like a bought one!

I really love these cake mixes, they work every time and the cake has a really good sponge consistency. I use the vanilla one to make a plain sponge cake for a low carb trifle - my son's favourite dessert! My mother has dementia so I keep her on a low carb diet and she like a cupcake with her coffee. Much better than a bought one!!
