          Low carb choc peanut fudge

          Low Carb Choc Peanut Fudge

          Preparation time:       5 minutes


          100g dark chocolate (70% dark or more)
          50g crunchy peanut butter (or other favourite nut butter)
           
          Line a small slice tray with non-stick baking paper.

          1. Place both ingredients in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 60 seconds.
          2. Stir and put back for bursts of 30 seconds until melted and combined together.
          3. Pour into a slice tray lined with greaseproof paper or press into silicone mould.
          4. Cool in fridge or freezer.
          5. Remove and rest on bench for a few minutes before slicing into squares. Enjoy your delicious low carb healthy fudge!

          Remember that it's easy to increase/decrease the amount that this low carb fudge recipe makes - ratios of ingredients are half the amount of nut butter to chocolate.
